1. Internal Participant Panel
If your team already has access to customers, employees, beta users, research panel members, or other participants, you can manage them through Hubble’s Contact / Internal Participants feature.
Internal participant management allows you to maintain your own participant database in Hubble and reuse it across multiple studies.
You can:
- Upload an existing participant list using a CSV file, or add participant information manually
- Organize participants using groups and traits
- Search and review participants from your existing list
- Select participants and invite them directly to an active Hubble study
This option is useful when you already know who you want to reach or want to conduct research with an existing customer or participant community.
If you already have a list of customers and participants who are fit for your study, you can invite them by sharing the study link.
2. External Participants via Respondent and User Interviews
Hubble helps you find participants who are a perfect fit for your studies using its own recruiting panel. Without directly signing in or paying for Respondent or User Interviews, you get access to a high-quality participant panel with Hubble.
- To learn more about how to use Hubble's recruitment panel, see our recruitment guide.
3. Using specific page URL or events in in-product surveys
With in-product surveys, there is a variety of trigger configuration options. Specifying a specific page URL to trigger the survey will allow you to reach out to participants who meet the configuration options.
For example, if you want to gauge the purchasing experience on the website, you can trigger a survey on the thank you page to follow up for feedback.
