Once you launch the recruiting project, your study will be promoted to recruitment panel. As soon as candidates submit screener questions, you will be able to review them and decide whether to invite them to your studies.
- We recommend our full guide on recruiting participants in Hubble.
Step 1. Open your recruitment
In your study, select Recruitment in the left sidebar, then select the recruitment you want to manage.
Step 2. Check the overview of the progress
The Overview tab shows how many participants are at each stage:
- Applicants: People who submitted the screener.
- Invited: Applicants you've chosen to invite to the study.
- Attended: Invited participants who have completed the study.
- Paid: Participants who have received their incentive.
Use the tabs at the top of the page to see the participants in each stage.
Step 3. Find applicants to review
Applicants appear in the Applied tab. The Status column shows whether each applicant is Qualified based on your screening criteria.
To narrow down the list, select Filter and choose the criteria you care about, such as qualification, demographics, or screener answers.
Step 4. Review and invite applicants
Select an applicant to see their profile and screener answers. Check marks and X marks show which of your criteria they meet. If the applicant is a good fit, select Invite.
You can also select several applicants in the list to invite them at once.
Step 5. Review completed participants
Participants who have finished the study move to the Attended tab. Before the incentive goes out, review their sessions or responses to make sure they meet your standards. Once paid, they move to the Paid tab.
